Meet the Team Behind ESI Design

Edith Snell

Edith’s earliest childhood memories include rearranging her bedroom and designing spaces—there was never any doubt in her mind that a career in interior design was where she was meant to be. After receiving an Interior Design degree, Edith founded ESI Design in 1987. Thirty + years later, ESI Design has been published nationally and worked with homeowners all over the United States. Edith is located in Northwest Arkansas where she lives with her husband Bob. They have four children, Riley, Reese, Raegan and Ryder and 3 grands.

Riley Lindley

In 2019, Edith was thrilled to welcome her daughter Riley to join the ESI Design team. Growing up with an interior designer mother and surrounded by the beautiful spaces Edith created, Riley couldn’t help but fall in love with design, and since joining her mother’s business, she hasn’t looked back. “I enjoy helping people make decisions about their home, and helping people create spaces that they love has been fulfilling.” Located in Northwest Arkansas, Riley is married to her high school sweetheart, Taylor, and they have three children.

Updated this sweet little room for some cutie kiddos. Loving the abstract wood cuttings on the wall 😍 they live in an awesome barndominium and have rustic modern farmhouse vibes!
My client already had that awesome artwork hanging from her wall and it was the inspo to finish this space. This table is so much fun. I love the modular bottom but picnic style top. Perfect for a breakfast table 😍

This could be my dream kitchen. Double island, storage galore, and just straight up beautiful yet functional. The best part is this kitchen is completely handicap accessible. My mom worked on this project for a long time and it truly is stunning 🤍😍

Corey Powell

Corey has been practicing interior design for 7 years. Corey has had countless opportunities to create, design, and execute fresh spaces across the state of Arkansas, while stepping into homes in Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, & Wisconsin. Corey's goal is to design classic and inviting spaces that are both aesthetically beautiful and functional for every family. Located in Northwest Arkansas, Corey is married to her husband Jacob, where they raise their three children.

Kim Hoffarth

Kim has been working in the real estate Business for over 14 years. She joined the ESI Team in 2022 as our executive ASSISTANT. She keeps us rolling and going! She has been married for 34 years and is a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her love for design and people makes her the perfect fit for ESI.
